We
are seeking people to fill the following positions:
Experienced
Lawyer - With a minimum of 10 or more years experience negotiating
complex High-tech, marketing/distribution, strategic alliance and/or
joint venture agreements.
Senior
Associate Lawyer - With a minimum of 7-10 years experience negotiating
complex High-tech, marketing/distribution, strategic alliance and/or
joint venture agreements. Mergers and acquisitions experience or
similar transactional experience a plus. This is an independent
contractor position. Must have top law firm or academic credentials
and be licensed to practice in Wisconsin, Indiana, California, New
York, Massachusetts or Connecticut.
